Business Update: New POS System

We will be changing our Booking system from Booker to Aura, beginning in January 2024.

This means –

• Hopefully, fewer to no outages.
• Less problems with POS crashing a checkout.
• If we have your email address, you will automatically have an account, but you will be required to create a new password.
• Our App in the Apple store and Google Play will no longer work. We will have a mobile version of our booking site that you can boookmark and use to make appointments on your mobile device. More details to come on this once we go live.
• If you currently have a credit card on file, you will need to re-save your card on file or you may have one of our concierges do it on your first visit after the launch.
• If you are a member, your balance will merge into Aura.
• If you are currently receiving text messages about your appointments, the text number coming from us will change.

We will try and make this merger as smooth as possible. But, we do ask for your patience as our team learns the new system and goes through the process of switching systems. Thank you in advance!
